Shizzknits, I know what you mean about the rubbing and squishing on peep-toe shoes, since I often have the same problem. These might be a good option to try out (especially if you go with Zappos, since you get free shipping and returns). In my experience, the Me Too brand generally tends to stretch with wear. I don't have wide feet per se, but they are definitely not narrow, and I haven't had a problem with these being too restrictive or rubbing around my forefoot at all. They do take a little breaking in though, maybe one or two wears (it was only one for me). My second toe is longer than my big toe and sticks out of the hole too. I think it's awesome, you should be proud of your toes. :D

Maddy, would you let me know if you find any cute, "dressier" flats that would be good for walking around all day? I'm always on the lookout for those kinds of things.

I would have rather spent my money on something other than shoes. I too suffer from fussy feet and always butcher my shoes after a few wears (I guess I'm heavy footed). But recently, I've been investing in some new shoe styles. Not only can the right shoe raise an outfit's wow factor, but it can also do wonders to enhance your figure.

Pretty! I never wear peeptoes since they usually seem uncomfortable for my big toe, too. Or they are very narrow in the foot and squish my toes together too much. Ouch! To top it off, I have very long toes and often get unwanted 'toe cleavage', or my second toe sticks out further than my big toe in peep toed shoes...but I really like these- and since you said they are comfy, that's a bonus!
