This is one of my favorite skirts, and I was so excited to be able to wear it again, because I haven’t pulled it out since last winter. It’s a rather restrictive skirt, so if it’s above 80 degrees, I find it’s too hot to wear it. It was 78 degrees today, just under the cut off point. I decided to try wearing my heels because I didn’t have to do too much walking today. My feet ached a little at the end of the day, but nothing too bad. Dress Week is going great! I snapped some more photos of other participants in the challenge. I will be posting those Friday.
The skirt is Marc Jacobs, the shirt is from Express, and the shoes are Stuart Weitzman. Please excuse the wrinkles, the photo was taken at the end of a long day.

What a cool skirt! That zipper allows you to adjust the style a bit from pencil, to more a-line. How neat!
I do think it might look cleaner with a plain front shirt. Between the zippers, the grommets on the belt, and then the pockets with buttons, there’s alot going on visually. But you do look fab!
Best. Skirt. EVER. The belt takes it over the top!
I want that skirt in my closet right now! Such a pretty color palette today too. LOVE the red shoes!
I am completely in love with that skirt. The zipper detail is brilliant.
[...] tempted by, but I eventually settled on one in navy and the other in black. I wore the black one last week during the dress week challenge. I just got another coupon in the mail, so I may still go back for [...]
That skirt is KILLER!!!
Wow. I love the zipper and everything.
Style on a String ..because style has nothing to do with money.
